I came here after my cat’s primary care veterinarian failed to properly diagnose and treat her. From the moment we arrived, the veterinary technicians were incredibly helpful, compassionate, and caring. I spent seven hours here, and although we were unfortunately unable to get a clear diagnosis, they did everything they could to help my sweet Maribeth. They provided her with oxygen and antibiotics and continued to care for her with kindness and compassion. I also witnessed them caring not only for my cat, but for every animal that came through their doors. It was clear how much they genuinely cared about each patient. When I ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to begin the end-of-life process for Maribeth, they were understanding, supportive, and compassionate. They reassured me that I was doing what was best for her because she was suffering, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. I want to thank the entire team from the bottom of my heart for everything they did for Maribeth and for me during such an incredibly difficult time. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Maribeth and for giving her the compassion and care she deserved. I will always be grateful.
