The Truth

Do yourself a favor and take your animal some place else. This used to be a magnificent clinic when it was run by Dr. Izen and VCA has run this clinic right into the ground. They don't even offer boarding here anymore because they don't want to pay the staff necessary to take care.of the animals. They have no regular doctors on staff - they rotate them in and out of the clinic so they can save money. So you have no opportunity to build a relationship with any doctor. They perform NO surgeries here! Again, because they have no doctors on staff qualified to do the procedures. They have a total of about 3 regular employees here and at least 1 needs major training. You might see them write a response saying we're so sorry you had this experience, we strive blah, blah, blah. Don't let yourself be fooled, VCA is nothing but a corporate entity. They care about their bottom line first and pet care 2nd or 3rd. Find a vet who cares about your animals and you.

They are a bit out of the way to get to from where I live, but I must admit their service and care is beyond anything I have experience. I made an appointment a week before the date and it was super smooth. Got there with my kitty expecting to have some down time - nope! The vet and the assistant came in treated my baby like their own and gave me some freebies for ticks, fleas, and heartworm. Dr. Brian - he is a complete angel and he said "I love you" to my baby, Sebastian. I plan to continue care here despite the distance. Thank you guys!

I haven’t even made it to my appointment for my cat yet. It’s next week but I had to make a review due to speaking with a Melissa just now to confirm my appointment. Extremely sweet, very knowledgeable, amazing energy!!!
