Dr King is not only an extraordinary Dr but a fabulous human being. I've brought my pets to her for over 20 years. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and us a generous and caring person. I've recommended her a dozen times and have heard nothing but praise for her services.

The single star I’ve given is because the staff and dr are very nice, and I think Dr. King is knowledgeable. Beyond that, 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Their business model is absurd - expect a 1-4 hour wait no matter what and pay ridiculous premiums for said wait times and being a “new patient.” Honestly, the only reason I went here is bc my pet’s eye was deemed an emergency from her records. After all that, their advice was go back to your GP for additional anesthesia… when I brought them a surgery ready dog 8 hours before they told me that. For the premiums they charged, I expected focused action even if I had to wait hours for it. Instead I got a very quick consultation with next steps to take elsewhere. I don’t care if they’re the only specialist on this side of town - It cost me $200 and 3 hours out of my day anyway. Jus to be told here’s what somebody else needs to do - I will absolutely be vetting the eye specialists in Alpharetta if we ever need another eye referral.

She may be swamped with patients but your patience is worth it for the best care possible. She stated late and worked us in the day before a holiday bc my dog needed immediate specialized medication. Her staff is excellent and explain everything. She is a sought after specialist, no time for chit chat so that she has more time to treat everyone’s pets. But she is thorough, kind, informative, and straightforward. Be patient with the wait time, she is helping others, and she is the best!
