This clinic seems absolutely uninterested in helping your pets when it isn’t a straightforward case. We were told they had no clue what was causing our cats’ issues and that they wanted to just try whatever and hope it sticks. After they gave up they recommended we try an allergy diet… except for the fact that we have already tried the allergy diet that they recommended, which didn’t help. So they somehow keep forgetting that we already tried the recommended diet and suggesting it again instead of looking deeper into what could be causing their issues… weird. They also keep forgetting that we have TWO cats who are BOTH having issues. They won’t see the other cat because she’d be a “new patient”… they live in the same household and are having the same issues, wouldn’t you want to see BOTH cats to narrow down the issue? So now I have two itchy cats, no answers, and thousands of dollars wasted.

Dr. Peck and her team are a credit to animal care. Our elder Havanese was in their care for five years before her passing in April. When we rescued her she had a horrid, body-wide skin infection, aggressive allergies - the works. Her transformation over the first year was truly remarkable, and it was apparent that she experienced physical relief from what were previously chronic conditions (neglected by previous owner). Even when visits reduced from a quarterly to annual basis, the team still called to check in on her health at least once every few months. These are genuinely kind individuals, who recognize your loved one as a family member that deserves only the best quality of life.

My dog had a really bad allergy and my vet referred them and they evaluated him and got him on the right meds and he looks great and is doing really well. Awesome staff front and back!
